My new 8-bit Atari webpage was released today. Content is same as in old webpage, but I am using WordPress blog system now. I hope you like new design, functionality is extended, so u can comment posts, switch language in bilingual posts, use RSS and search.

I have some new projects under developement, so content of this webpage will be extended soon.

Belljumper is my new game created for MiniGame Compo 2007, it takes 2nd place on this competition. The game belongs to category 1k…that means it’s size is 1024 bytes. Point of the game is to keep yourself jumping on falling bells and not to fall down from the screen. As game advances the bells get smaller which increases game difficulty. Zmyslom tejto hry je nájsť falošné hviezdy. Na mape som ich označil červeným kruhom. Hra pozostáva z 11 obrazoviek a v 10 z nich sa nachádza falošná hviezda. Hra vôbec nie je easy - treba zistiť kedy ťa “pavúky” zabijú. Zvyčajne je to tak, že keď na “pavúka” skočíš a nezabije ťa, tak môžeš odskočiť smerom od tela “pavúka” (opačne by ťa to zabilo). Návod:

Na začiatku hry si prečítaj správu. Opíš si meno, číslo a heslo. Zavolaj Arthurovi a potom si opíš všetky mená a čísla z jeho telefónneho zoznamu. Následne si prečítaj informácie, ktoré ti nechal a opíš si číslo bankového účtu. Zavolaj Davida Ahla. Read the rest of this entry »

V návode sú popísané iba nevyhnutné úkony na úspešné dohranie hry (nepopisujem kde sa nachádza tá ktorá munícia). Na začiatku hry choď doprava, prejdi okolo vchodu do podzemia a v nasledovnej miestnosti vľavo hore malý dinosaurus stráži disketu. Vezmi ju, postupuj po hornej časti úplne doprava a tam zober kľúčik. Potom choď úplne doľava, cez miesto kde je tvoj vrtuľník až prídeš k budove. Read the rest of this entry »

Návod (nie je dokončený ani zďaleka):

Postupuj doprava po povrchu planéty a vezmi kľúč. Potom sa vráť k miestu, kde sa dalo ísť do podzemia. Choď dole, potom postupuj doprava a pri dverách použi kľúč. Dvere sa otvoria, choď doprava a vezmi pílku. Read the rest of this entry »

ASMA is Atari Sound Music Archive. It consists of almost every Atari song. Archive is divided into several sections: classics, various, games, demos…etc. All songs are SAP files. SAP file consists of INFO part (header where information about song and author is stored), MUSIC part and PLAYER part.
